Shipping policy

- Standard orders are processed once credit or debit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via USPS standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to eight (10) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays).
- Standard Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 3 PM PST. Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available.
- Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled.
- This is highly unlikely but If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
- Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.
