Shipping & FAQ

      •  We typically ship orders same day or within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Please keep that in mind when purchasing express shipping options. On product launch days we will start shipping the next business day. Please keep in mind depending on order volume shipping times may vary at any given time.
      • Standard orders are processed once credit or debit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via USPS standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to eight (10) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays). Standard Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 3 PM PST. Business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available.
      • Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled.
      • This is highly unlikely but If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
      • Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.
      • We are not responsible of any lost or missing packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen we will file a claim if applicable with the carrier & once the claim is cleared we will replace the item.
      • In many cases, for our US customers, we will upgrade your shipping at no cost to you if the price of UPS is similar to USPS and either faster or the same time frame. UPS is always the safer option when shipping. You can always email us if this doesn't work for you.
      • Please note if you choose our flat rate shipping option, we will choose the service best suited for your order at no cost to you.
      • SWIMWEAR - If you are unhappy with your products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and still in perfect condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers and tags are in place and return items in their original packaging.
      • TRUE VINTAGE - Our true vintage clothing pieces are rare articles of history, not modern reproductions.  Unless specifically stated that they are “new old stock” or "deadstock", each piece should be considered a previously worn treasure that will show varying levels of use and potential condition issues.  Please read every section of our vintage clothing product pages to best understand exactly what you are purchasing before placing your order. All vintage clothing is sold “as is” with no warranty and all vintage clothing sales are final. Please email us at before you purchase if you have any questions about a specific piece and one of our knowledgeable customer support agents will be glad to assist you.
      • TIKI MUGS - PLEASE NOTE! These ladies are HEAVY!! however they are still fit for purpose and have been tested for holding liquid.  If you are not keen on heavier mugs please withhold from purchasing this item!  
        • Breakages which occur during use will not be covered for refunds.
        • Black Lagoon Designs have checked all mugs with liquid for 45 minutes prior to shipping them which is fit for purpose. If you believe any damage has occurred during shipping please let us know as soon as you receive your mug. 
        • Please view the images carefully, if there is a color spot shown in the images, your mug will arrive with a color spot - these items are handmade and not mass produced and glaze spots may occur during the glazing process, this makes your item unique and does not mean that a refund will be provided for a spot shown in the photos above.  A number of the glazes I use are transparent and look 'streaky' this is correct to the type of glaze I have used and is not a defect.  
        • We will ensure that your piece is packed with care, however sometimes breakages during postage do occur, if this happens never fear, just send us a quick snap of your broken piece within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will file a claim with whichever carrier you chose. Claims can take 5-8 business days so please be patient with us if this occurs.


      Vintage Vandalizm ® ships Domestic US orders through USPS or UPS.  USPS is used for all P.O. Box orders.


      Ground shipping arrives within 2-7 business days.

      Please note if you want express shipping to choose the EXPRESS option. I.E.: "Priority Mail Express"

      Priority Mail shipping is NOT express shipping but reflects standard USPS delivery times. These orders will ship out in the order they are received.  The "1 Day" "2 Day" or "3 Day" time listed on the shipping title is the ESTIMATED time it will take and it is not an express shipping option.

      All Express Shipping options are shipped out the same day or next business day Monday-Friday. Please keep in mind on product launch days it will be shipped out the next business day. Otherwise, it will be shipped out the next business day.

      All purchases are subject to duties and taxes upon delivery.

      Please note: Brokerage fees may also be applied upon delivery with use of UPS or DHL shipping methods. 

      Vintage Vandalizm ® now offers two methods of shipping for our international customers, USPS, UPS and DHL.

      All P.O. Box orders will be shipped through USPS.

      All delivery times depend on customs clearance.


      USPS has no guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. All delivery times depend on each country’s custom departments. Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information on orders being shipped through the US Postal Service please visit the USPS website.

      • All pre-order shipping estimates are placed in the item descriptions.
      • Please allow 3-4 weeks for your pre-order item to ship.
      • It is rare but should we have any delays with shipping we will contact you.
      • If you place a purchase for a pre-order item and an in-stock item we can only ship orders that are complete. This means your entire order will be shipped as soon as our pre-order item is available. Each pre-order item will have an estimated shipping time frame listed above the description.


      • We will only honor cancellations 4 hours after an order is placed and hasn't been processed for shipping.

      • Returns/Exchanges are only available to all U.S. customers. At this time, and due to the high cost of shipping, we do not except exchanges for international orders.
      • For U.S customers, you are allowed to return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date. Some exclusions apply (Sale or Promotional Items).
      • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
      • Items of a gift or promotional nature, or items in our SALE section, cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • Items that have been purchased with a promotional/sale code are FINAL SALE.
      • You MUST ship all returns/exchanges via USPS. Fedex & UPS will not deliver to our P.O Box.
      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means it must be unsoiled, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached.
      • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
      • Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and you will receive an email notification that your item was received with a status update of your return/exchange.
      • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (original method of payment) which should take a few business days depending on your card issuer policies.
      • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
      • Returned merchandise shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
      • Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned with all included accessories. This includes belts, pins, etc.
      • Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. If we determine that the item(s) were not returned in its original condition, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
      • Exchanged items will only be sent out once we receive the original item.
      • Exchanges are only allowed for the same item.
      • We will cover the shipment cost of sending your replacement item.
      • Multiple exchanges for the same item are not permitted.
      • All jewelry/accessories are FINAL SALE.
      • All Vintage Items are FINAL SALE.
      • We do not honor price adjustments for any sales (or other promotions) if a customer makes a purchase before the sale.

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

        • We can not apply sale prices to previous orders, nor do we allow customers to cancel orders that have already been placed to apply the discounts.
        • You cannot stack discount codes.
        • During specified times we have promotional sales that require promo codes which must be applied manually during checkout. All sale and promo code information will be clearly messaged during the sale via, our email newsletter, and our social media channels. Please note: Promo codes are only valid during the specified timeframe and certain exclusions apply.
