Nitty gritty NYC.

Two months ago I was in NY for a week for my Birthday. It was an extremely busy time for me so there were a few outfits I shot that I never posted on my blog. This one was one of my favorites though it’s a little more on the casual side. I wore a two-piece burgundy (it looks red in photos) top and pants set I found at Buffalo exchange with some cool boots, a leather jacket, my favorite Bailey’s fedora, and my Kate Spade purse. I love two-piece sets because they are easy to throw on and go. All you have to do is accessorize and bam, you have an outfit.

On this day I was out shopping in Brooklyn with my mom. Its our thing every time I visit NY. We just HAVE to go thrifting. Its our favorite thing to do and what better way to shop than with your best friend (my mom). It’s even better when my sister is with us because then I have another set of eyes to help me figure out if that ostrich feathered floor length yellow coat looks horrendous on me ūüėČ (it did). It was good times as always and every time I thrift shop without my mom and my sis here in Las Vegas, I feel incomplete. Wah! See more images of my outfit inside.
