Puerto Rico Day 4!

IMG_3191It was day 4 of my trip to Puerto Rico and our last full day to soak up the sun and the beautiful beaches. I was sad that it was our last day but so happy we made the very best of it by visiting some really cool spots. Our first stop was our front yard, Playa Isabella, where we explored the coral some more and sun bathed at the shore (I swear that wasn’t supposed to rhyme! ). I wore this tropical swimsuit I bought ages ago that has been buried in my dresser waiting for me to have the courage again to wear it. Finally, I did and it was perfect for Puerto Rico! Although, I was hoping I wouldn’t get a crazy tan considering it was a one piece with a bamboo ring in the middle haha. Anyway, after playa Isabella we were off to playa Jobos where we walked along the coast line, watched surfers, swam a bit, and explored this cool cliff overlooking the ocean. I was in awe of the scenery, Puerto Rico is an absolutely beautiful place and it is no wonder so many people go there for a quick and relaxing getaway. As if that wasn’t enough, after playa Jobos we went to Las Ruinas, this castle-like spot that was destroyed by an earthquake. It was absolutely STUNNING and eerie in the best way so we took photos and enjoyed seeing the ocean from up high. We literally made the best of every single second of the day and I am so thankful for my boyfriend and his family for showing me the very best of my motherland. I had such a wonderful time and I cannot wait to go back!
