Jeninne Jacob of “The Coveted” and the all-mighty creator of the “Independent Fashion Bloggers” network asked Sammy Davis, Jenni Radosevich, and I to come into the studio last week to be a part of the IFB Conference. I like that she chose bloggers to be a part of the flyer and felt fortunate that I was one of them! It was so much fun working side by side bloggers Sammy and Jenni. If you don’t already know, Sammy Davis has a great blog that is all about vintage and where to find it. Her blog is your go-to guide to vintage in NY. Sammy is not only the best vintage tour guide in the city but such a great soul and fun person to be around. I had so much fun with her and Jenni. If you havent heard about Jenni, she is a creative mastermind behind the blog ISpyDIY which is a blog that is all about being creative in terms of fashion. She also works for InStyle Magazine as their resident fashion-craft expert. This girl can make or create ANYTHING and I suggest you all check out her blog if you love being creative too. I can only describe Jenni with one word “wonderful”, I am amazed by her creativity. I think Jennine did a great job picking the 3 of us, we just clicked so well. It was nice to meet two such beautiful people and connect with them and I can’t wait to see them again at the conference!
Special thanks to Jennine Jacobs and Nubia Mejia for having us be a part of such a big movement. Also special thanks to Nando who did such a great job shooting us for such a big event. I adore you guys!

XOXO!

My name is Jasmin Rodriguez also known as Vintage Vandalizm. I am an avid collector of vintage dresses and most people know me for my style. I am also an artist and I try to incorporate all aspects of art in everything that I do. I am an aspiring Designer and I plan to take over the fashion world with my limitless imagination. My whole philosophy on fashion has always been to think outside of the box. My style has no boundaries but I have commonly taken inspiration from the 40s, 50s, and 60s. I love the pinup culture and style however I love being versatile so most of the time I like to clash opposites, different genres of history and fashion and somehow, someway, I make it work. I think the world is too fixated on trends that people tend to forget who they are and what they like..I’m here to help you break free, to help you stand out, to help you create your own style, be your own person, and most importantly see fashion in a whole different light.

OOH! Those blogs look great. Thanks for the tips. I would love to attend this conference!
My 3 FAVORITE bloggers! EPIC! I love all of you!
