So one of my customers told me she is going to be Lady Gaga for Halloween and wanted a very Gaga-ish Hat..I figured I would do it all black so she could match it with everything, attach a thin netted vail, black sparkly crystals, a metal linked chain, and a huge bow with tiny crystal studs on the back. We all know miss gaga likes hair bows.
